Stopped working in less than two months

This monitor was great but after a few weeks the screen started going black. It shows it’s connected to the M1 laptop but nothing appears on the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to add a third monitor to the mix and I already own two of these. The third unfortunately lasted less than 30 days and I had to wait almost two weeks to receive a return label from LG. Hopefully they take care of me and just replace it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Screen is black, won’t power up. LG won’t do anything to fix it because I don’t have the receipt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great secondary monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this monitor on a budget to extend my laptop desktop for design projects. Very decent Color accuracy, fine detail and fluid movement (thx 60Hz).
Pros: Style/Design, Quality

We have identified that monitors with a beginning serial number range of 111~204 will require proactive service to prevent a future power failure. If you find out that your serial number falls within that range, then please contact us on social media by sending us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using @LGUSSupport and include #VOC, your contact info and model and serial numbers as we will get you setup through our repair process while still under your manufacturer's warranty. Bought this 3 months ago to use with my Mac Studio. Beautiful monitor works great with beautiful color at a reasonable price. It originally had a slight cast but corrected with DataColor Spyder Pro. LOL I know it had a cast only because I could look at the before and after and go yup it is a cast. Adjustable stand is great, good range for me and am able to put the Mac Studio in the center of the curve. Used a round cork hat pad to elevate the Studio. Speakers? Does it come with them I don't know but not going to use them, have a pair of small speakers that sound better. Only negative thing I have to say is unfortunately I had a problem with mine waking from sleep. Got online and started a chat session with LG. They walked me thru troubleshooting and decided it needed to be fixed. They opened a case and had the case number assigned. Then they emailed a shipping label and I put it in the box and shipped it back. I'm thinking OK this is going to wake weeks and weeks but the day after it was received they had someone looking at it and ordering parts. Now waiting on parts. Hoping for quick but know parts can still be difficult to get. LG didn't create the pandemic and is having to deal with it just like everyone else. Fortunately my son loaned me an LG monitor that he wasn't using. Even though I've had some trouble with this monitor would buy the same monitor again. Great quality at a great price. In our family we have several LG monitors and this is the first to have a problem. My only regret is not buying the 32" version.

As I am working for more than 8 hours a day, having a great monitor is of utmost importance for me. This monitor has the best smooth vertical height adjustment I have seen in my career. I love the 4K monitor for its crystal crisp fonts and smooth viewing experience. I will recommend it to anyone who is interested.
I use a MAC laptop and it is an amazingly wonderful experience for MAC. I love every moment working on this monitor.
The review is about the the 27UP650-W. The monitor it self is great. However, it just died after two months use, I had to return to LG for repair, pack it up by fedex (didn't have the box anymore) a big hassle, being without the monitor for about two weeks. I would strongly suggest not buying this monitor. have I seen the reviews I would of not purchased this model.
