Love EcoFlow Products! Great quality and it just works. When spending money on something, you just want it to work as promised or advertised. So far right out of the box, all my EcoFlow products just work perfectly. I can’t wait to get my Delta Pro systems hooked up to the Home Smart Panel and Smart Duel Fuel Generator. For vertical set up, make sure you massage the extra battery cable before hooking it up. I would wiggle and mold it to how I want to hook up the cable to extra battery and delta pro first then plug it in. Rack is 36” x 14” x 56” (black), 24” x 18” x 72” (chrome). Both rack work but the 36” leaves some room towards the front for miscellaneous items and not as tall. Will get two more extra battery to complete set up. And yes rack can handle all the weight.

I bought the Ecoflow extra battery and hooked it up to my delta pro, dual fuel generator and solar panel. Testing it out on the RV to see what they can do for boondocking. Happy so far with my purchase.

I bought the extra battery after I added a couple of 400 watt solar panels. It definitely charges, but no second fan which is a relief. It is important to update the firmware on the app for the latest algorithm as to how the two batteries discharge. It is a complex task deciding how much juice from the second battery when the first battery has a load. It seems like a lot of times it is about half. When charging that is the case and when running my microwave if definitely draws from both batteries. The percentage full display on each will never be the same and I recommend setting your delta pro with minimum and maximum charge settings (like 5%-90%). If the delta pro runs down to zero I don't know if the extra battery work in the most efficient manner.

I bought this on Christmas Day. It is performing perfectly.
I have only two complaints. While it is well known that the documentation for the Delta Pro and the Smart Panel are limited in details and usefulness. The Delta Pro battery has taken it one level lower by not providing any documentation at all. I guess it’s hard to find fault if it doesn’t exist. Sneaky.
I am also disappointed in the fact that an interface cable isn’t provided and it’s not recommended when you order the battery, even though the battery is useless without it.

Ive got 3. The only complaint is the cable that conects to the Delta Pro is absurdly short and the add on batteries must be located alongside the Generator. You can't put the battery below the generator. I was hoping to put my generators on an upper shelf and the generators below. Cannot be done with the short cables.

Because of the energy policy of the current administration, I expect black out this winter. With my ecoflow pro, I have 8 hrs of quiet power for my fridge and oil burner. With that extra battery, I have 16, more than I need for a quiet night.
