Great for off griding campers

Been using this to off grid in my travel trailer. Amazing either using one for 30amp mode or combining 2 with the 50amp bridge if I need ac on hot days. For a 30amp camper would definitely recommend with the extra battery and as much solar as you can cram on the roof. My trailer uses roughly 500whrs with most electronics on(minus ac's and electric water heater). 1000 watts would be plenty and cover the occasional microwave or coffee pot surge. Looking to upgrade to the pro 3 since my trailer is 50amp. Easy for me to transport in my bike trailer for a quick wall charge at the campground.

Not a complete system
on December 19, 2025

I purchased the EcoFlow pro series with 2 extra batteries. Also purchased the 4000 watt Smart generator. For my off grid cottage.
They are supposed to work together, especially during the short day winter weather. Big problem, I can't charge my whole system at the same time. There are only 2 ports to the Pro, so I have to sacrifice 1 battery when I charge them. PLEASE make an adapter so I can use my system in the way it was intended.

Best way to keep the power on in an emergency

I have had the Delta Pro with 2 extra smart batteries plus 3x 400 watts solar panels for a few years now. They have never let us down. They can run our air conditioner, fridge, freezer, lights etc all together, no issues. It is unrealistic to think that in every day life, you would spend the obscene amount it would cost to do an entire home off grid back up. But, for emergencies with longer power outages, these are a great solution.

Have had the 2 delta pros and 4 extra batteries and the duel fuel smart home generator for 2 years now and they work very well. I have used them with the original smart home panel and the smart home panel 2 now and I am very happy with the portability & functionality of them. Together they work as a great source of backup power for my home and cost savings with solar.

Been running fully for just about a month, had a manual transfer switch and purchased the SHP 1 for the automatic switch over and was well worth it. Now running 2/3 of the house off battery/solar. Charge during the day and run house off batteries at night. When low solar production I have it set to charge on grid during off peak hours to lower costs. Getting full charge through the SHP 1 was a big boost from just plugged into the wall.

Pretty easy to charge

I bought my Delta Pro last year, along with 2X 220 solar panels. I got it for emergency power, but luckily I haven't needed it so far. It was a nice sunny day today, so I pulled it out to charge from the sun. I have never used solar panels before, so I wanted to know how to do it before I needed to. I found it very easy-to-use, and was fully charged in a half an hour. Not saying that I'm looking forward to my next power outage, but I don't fear it when it comes.

EcoFlow vs Hurricane Helene

Verified Purchase:Yes
I bought several items just before hurricane season really set in, Florida has plenty of sunshine and humidity so my purchase of two wave 2’s was on point.
Making electricity from the sun is not an easy job, dii uh e to the weight of each item or the repositioning of panels to catch the peak sunlight at the time. I used my 220 solar panels to charge each machine. They worked well but due to uncontrolled factors, I could only get 190to 200 watts from the two working together. It took awhile to get three machines fully charged, three days and then using grid power to finish. Granted the delta pro started out flat. So no wonder. Time was of the essence as you can io so to finish with the grid was a no brainer.
With all systems fully charged we were ready for the onslaught of Helene. Fortunately for us we live inland 5miles so the now famous storm surge was far away. The wind is another with gust reaching upwards of 75-80 mph, and the storm when it was directly across from us was still 50miles away , headed to Big Bend to make landfall
We lost power within hours of the first gusts of wind. During the next 24 hrs rain and wind snapped trees and limbs and we would have been in the dark save for our backup’s. All devices were on, cooling us through the night running internet , as long as that lasted, and cooking our meals the next morning.
Considering the circumstances and my own inexperience, the system did their job. I will buy an extra battery for each wave 2, to get us through the night without stopping. But being spoiled by the convenience of the grid, I welcomed it back.
Overall it was a good learning experience and I will be reassured that the EcoFlow system will be there ready to go again.
