Great features, flawed design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ZFold had great features, and the larger screen is ideal for games, movies, or even just got the hard of seeing. The design although very cool, is flawed in the sense that there is not enough protection for the phone despite having screen protectors or a car in it. It can still be easily damaged because of the double screen. Perhaps have Samsung also design cases for the phones that are created that will be ideal for protection. I don't want to have to keep fixing or replacing my phone because it's cool but easily damaged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use. Google meet is awesome when speaking to family and seeing grandchildren. Takes great pictures. The fingerprint option is great for keeping my debit cards safe. I would recommend this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since the fold series came out I've been a fan and Fold 5 is no exception. It's now better, faster, feels more premium, and has a wider outside screen for better one handed capabilities. This phone is a powerhouse and will do handle every day to day tasks you throw at it. Honestly after using a folding phone for more than 4 years now I don't think I can go back to a regular phone.

Really laminated need for a tablet or computer

Eliminated my need for computer send/read and look up and buy things.
Listen to what audiobook or reading the newspaper, excellent pictures eliminated the need for camera. Backup storage for it all good enough to pay the price. This new Al I'm warming up enough to haven't completely know how to work but I can see it's benefits.

Over all good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only have two complaints, one is that the visual voice Mail doesn't work. I have tried the main suggested fixes but it's not cooperating. My other main complaint is that I have not been able to get the AI to stop turning on randomly while listening to the radio or audio podcasts/books it's incredibly annoying having everything stop because the AI picks up on random words. Other than that it's a good phone with great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally get other phones but I finally decided to treat myself and get this phone and what a treat it is! I like to play games and watch videos on this phone and it's perfect for those things. Playing mobile games on a Z Fold 5 is visually fantastic. I've had this phone for almost a year and haven't had any glitches or problems. I've taken pictures with this camera and to be honest, I don't have "an eye" for well taken photos so I wouldn't be able to tell you, in detail, how great the camera is.
