OMG I want a Fold 6!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Fold. Bigger is definitely better and the ability to open my Fold up for 2x the viewing is unparalled. Trying to do anything significant on a tiny screen is impossible. On my Fold 5 I can edit word and excel documents. I can screen share while sitting at the pool. And because it has great battery life, whatever I'm doing I can do all day long.
On the negative side, it is heavy and a little thick... it's a bit long due pants pockets and a bit heavy for a shirt pocket (but I often carry in one pocket or the other, even so). In one year of use, I've really only had two issue: the fold in screen makes it hard to drag items across without having to regrip them, and, the screen protector on the inside screen separates from the screen after about 9 mths (which is a mfg flaw to me), creating bubbles and an annoying popping noise as the adhesive shifts around. Still, fantastic device and I love it.
Of the Samsung AI features, grammar assist is what I use regularly, but translate and circle to search are also convenient on occasion.

Completely changed my mind on foldables

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older model of the flip which I decided wasn't for me as I didn't enjoy having to open every single time I needed to do anything beyond the basic functions. However the fold 5 has been my favorite phone of all time. If you were on the fence about foldables because of the hinge worry not. I never need to open it. The slim profile of the phone when closed is perfect. That being said when I want to watch a movie or draw something the opened tablet style mode is perfect for both. I would 100% recommend this or by proxy the newer model.
As for Galaxy AI, I've just started using it but it's been a helpful little assistant so far. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Add an object and know what it is or where you can get one totally blew my mind and honestly all my friends minds too. The a I it's like my own personal assistance, which does any functure I need at any time better than any phone i've ever had. I highly recommend it as the best phone ever made. And I look forward to getting the zfold 6

The Fold 5 is one of a kind!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the fold series since the fold 3 came out. I have to say that the Fold 5 is such an improvement! I use my Fold 5 to pair up with my Galaxy watch 6 and my Bud pro 2. Everything that is paired to my phone runs very smoothly. When the Galaxy AI update came to the Fold 5, I was in shock on how it works. I use the translator alot and finding items after circling them is a great feature. I would recommend this phone to anyone that wants a phone that turns into a tablet!

Should've put the same quality camera in it that my last phone did. The note 20 ultra. Should y the z fold come with better zoom and other features? It had 56xzoom. I could look at the moon. Not now..

Amazing DO it all device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy fold 5 was a minor upgrade from my z fold 4, since the galaxy ai update the phone has done a full 180. A completely different phone then then one I bought on release so many quality of life upgrades using ai to search mechanical and electrical parts that have no part number have been a huge plus. Dex on z fold 5 is a game changer now able to play video games and video editing on a bigger screen with no compromise. Having the power of an ultra phone in a foldable package. The ability to have a small compact phone and a tablet in demand. The phone flexes with you as an individual. A definite must buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I've gotten my previous Z Fold 3, I've enjoyed using Z Fold for many activities such as for Work and entertainment. After I upgraded to Z Fold 5 and especially after Android 14 update. With the Galaxy AI features such as Circle to Search and the Live translator, these features have been very helpful to me. For Text translation I used to have to manually copy the foreign text and use one of Translator app to translate text.. it was very time consuming but now with Galaxy AI it was save me a lot of time. Circle to search is the other Galaxy AI festure I use often as it helps search for items especially for parts or items that need to replace much easier. I'm a system admin, for fixing computers, Circle to search have made my life much easier to finding parts or devices for replacement or repair. Like any product there are still room for improvement. I would suggest Samsung offer bigger screens for future models. As person often work on the go, I find main screen very useful certain scenarios such as remote desktop, playing games or watching movies. However I still use cover screen for many other activities including messages, web browsing, using apps that doesn't support the main screen. I would like to see the screens size to be increased or offer a model that has bigger screen size for those of us who wants it. It will be great if Samsung would release a Z Fold model with cover screen size that match Galaxy S24 ultra.
