Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Targus - Universal USB-C Phone Doc a few weeks ago and am so glad I did .it was very cool how hooking up my phone to dock and the keyboard and mouse for my phone. This makes life so much simpler and easier. I definitely recommend to anyone with a Samsung phone whobusing their as much as I this wanting to make life easier,and fewer things to travel with because it doesn't take up any room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll admit I didn't know what to expect from this when I got it as I'm quite the luddite, but this dock proved to be quite the incredible tool in such a small package. Setup is ridiculously easy, and I used my S21 and hooked it up to a portable keyboard I had and was seriously impressed. Absolutely get one of these if you travel and bring a keyboard and a USB cable or three and you will quite literally have a computer in your hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't charge my phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I'm at home, I plug my phone in one of two places, the bedroom or the living room. Rather than having to move a cord back and forth, I was looking forward to having a base for my phone throughout the day. However, I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 and I'm disappointed with the charging capabilities of this dock. Not only do I have to push it down hard, it also has to be sitting at the right angle or it doesn't charge, and this is with or without the cover. What this is good for? Running my table top fan which is usually plugged into my laptop. I received this product for an honest review.

This is a docking station for a phone with DeX( or any USB C DP Alt Mode Capable phone). You can plug your phone into it and then plug in a monitor and other peripherals to use your phone as a laptop. It does allow for charging as long as the phone supports Power Delivery 3.0 and you are making sure that the USB C plug in the dock is properly seated in the phone. Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a multi use phone dock basically. You can use it to charge your phone but also their are others ports in the back that can used to charge other kinds of things. But it does not support apple products.

The best thing about the Phone dock is that if you have a smart phone that supports DeX this little dock can turn your phone into a great little computer with keypad, mouse and a monitor. some times it works and sometimes it doesn't. I can't figure out why. I bought his so I could plug in a headset with 3.5mm jack for calls while charging my phone. My phone is a samsung Galaxy S22 that doesn't have a headset jack; I need to use a usb-c adapter. This is the 5th device I've tried, and I'm still not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not the most tech savvy person so I'm not sure if I've gotten all I can from this. It does work better with Samsung and Motorola devices but can be used with others. Basically I use it to mirror apps from a smartphone to a desktop or laptop. A good product for tech smart people.

I couldn't make it work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this Universal USB-C Phone Dock, but unfortunately, I couldn't make it work properly. I tried it with 2 of my phones: Samsung Galaxy S20 and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I'm unsure what I was doing wrong, but nothing worked except the headphones. I connected them to the dock and could use them with my Galaxy S21 Ultra (a good thing for me since S21 Ultra doesn't have a headphone jack). However, nothing else worked. The phones weren't charging at all, even though the phones were showing the "charging" symbol on top of the screen. I think I tried everything and used a bunch of different cables (explicitly ordered for this port) to see if that was the problem. I couldn't connect it to my computers, so I couldn't read a CD card and do other things the dock was supposed to do. I'm disappointed because I was planning to use this phone dock daily.
