Frame color and lenses are great. Fit is a bit close.

I own 5 pair of MJ's. My matte Peahi are having frame issues and starting to peel. They are 6 years old and worn daily. I had a temple spring wear out and it was fixed quickly. My favorite lenses have always been rose. When I discovered I could Build my own I was thrilled. Dark Tortoise frames and Rose Lenses.
They do fit a bit close to the eye so eyelash oil gets on the lens. Oh well I clean them when it starts to bother me. I did drop them on a tile floor after just a few days and got a small scratch, I will get retainers though. I live in Colorado and love them skiing as little wind gets around them and for fishing they are great. The lenses really help in streams. I like the dark rose, at this altitude the sun is quite bright and other companies are not as dark.

I really like these sunglasses. I did have a slight quality control issue. When I first got these there was an issue with the right nose piece. It had a sharp piece of plastic that was extremely irritating. Eventually I did some work with a hot knife and fixed it. I really liked these sunglasses. They fit great and contour to your face nicely. I put them through a lot and they held up great. The lenses had almost no scratches after a lot of abuse. The coating on the plastic finish seemed to break down on the frames over time.

I’ve been a fan of Maui Jim’s for over 30 years! I’m on my second pair of Peahis, just recently renewed my prescription and because my first frame was worn they replaced it for free! Great customer service as always! Forever a fan! Thanks Maui Jim!

Soooooo wonderful!!! I went for a white frame since I’d never had that tone and wow! They look refreshing and are like wearing a strand of pearls without the formality! I consider my face “big” and hard to fit (some shapes can make my eyebrow ridge look crossed lol) but these were extremely flattering. I plan to wear them for sports but they really could go city-style too. I have to say that this company has several frame options that fit this mug to great effect, which speaks to the MJ design team and its consideration of a diversity of face shapes as well as its finesse offering such a wide range of style preferences. How do they do it?! P s of course the lenses are perfection: Crystal-sharp protection that makes the mountains and the ocean pop!! Thank you, Maui Jim!
