Great dark glasses for cruising bright mornings on the Kona coast.

Large temples on these wrap style glasses provide great sun and glare protection on daily boat trips along the very sunny Kona coast of the Big Island. Like the Marlin color frame and grey lens. I added a 1.5 reader which is low on the lens which I think will help adjusting to a reader for daily use on the Bay. Just hope I can avoid sitting on them or losing them?!?

Not really worth the cost

Loose on my face and keeps sliding down. If they are heavier because of the readers, Maui Jim should indicate this. And if you want a grey lens, the system forces a different frame. I didn't catch this and ended up with the Marlin frame rather than what I wanted.

My third pair. First two pairs have been sent back now and then for repair.
New pair has readers. Takes time to get used to but a game changer when tying fishing knots.

READERS'S MANIFICATION AREA TOO SMALL

I LOVE MAUI JIM SUN GLASSES. MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE READERS MAGNIFICATION AREA IS TO SMALL. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THE WHOLE BOTTOM OF THE LENS WAS MAGNIFIED, OR ATLEAST TWICE THE AREA THAT IT IS NOW.
