[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the Little Green Machine that has kept my house clean for 2 decades. Glad one was yet available for purchase. (Thanks for making it easy to write this - format and product. My gut says it is an American concept and execution. The old one stopped 'sucking up' and likely there's a part to replace it and make it work again.)

Loving it so far

I have had this for about 3 weeks and so far I have used it to get blood from a nose bleed, a puppy accident, and quite a bit of spilled sunscreen out of my carpets. Easy to use, just wish the head came apart so it could be more thoroughly cleaned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lifesaver for Owner with Grandkids and Pets

I can say without doubt that this was my best purchase this year. With 3 pets (2 dogs) (1 cat), and 3 Grandchildren, there are always messes to clean up. Plus, living in a rural area, someone is always tracking something in on their shoes. Beats hand-scrubbing 100%. I feel so silly for not buying this product earlier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great for removing spots however I was very disappointed the solution tank leaked upon arrival. The tanks are made of soft plastic and don't seem durable...time will tell. I immediately called Bissell and to their credit they are sending a replacement tank without any hassle. Otherwise plenty of power and does a nice job, I like the extra long power cord.
