I loved this machine until I had to clean the carpet cleaner... it is outrageous that you cannot properly clean a carpet cleaner! I use to recommend it to everyone... now I HATE IT.

Thanks for the feedback, Chandra - so easily clean the machine, try suctioning up a small amount of water and BISSELL formula using the hose. This'll help clean the nozzle, hose, and tank of any dirt or debris.

Suction needs to be more powerful. Cord needs to be longer that the brush is attached to.

I am beyond obsessed with this little machine, I use it all time. Best spot cleaner ever in my eyes, it gets the stains and smells right up. love love love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, performs well. I wish the suction was stronger. The quality of the plastic parts have me concerned how long they will hold up. Lightweight, easy to carry from room to room and on stairs, but with what sort of longevity is anyone's guess.
