Gets the Stains out FAST!

This little machine works so well, so fast. I can't even detect that a pet diarrhea stain was even there. The Bissel cleaning solution has a pleasant smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't have carpet . I use this machine to clean our upholstered furniture, it does a great job of lifting the dirt off and its easy to use. I save money cleaning my furniture myself. I rated this product 4 stars because it is new for me, to get 5 stars I will need to see how it does over time after several uses.

Worst machine we have ever used. Didn't work half the time. Tried everything and every trouble shooting video. Ended up trashing it because it was so terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to purchase the Little Green Machine as I have a new puppy in the house and had some accidents in the house that had to be taken care of. I was pleased with the job the green machine did on the stains. I then realized that I had a few other places that could use some cleaning. The dining room upholstered chairs were next. The green machine took a lot of the stains away. I also found a few other places in the home that had stains and this little green machine did the job. I am pleased with my purchase and I am happy I purchased it. I want my house to stay looking and smelling fresh.

So great, yet....

This product works great! Easy to use! Great results. Over time, though, it developed a strong mildew smell. We cleaned it thoroughly, but it still wreaks of mildew. That duckbill part just absolutely absorbed the mildew smell-tried E V E R Y T H I N G to get that smell out. Nothing. Nothing has worked. And we are pretty meticulous with our tools/appliances, etc
