[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the second one I have purchased over the last 27 years and I love it the one I just bought was a gift for my son and his new puppy he got along with is new home that has a lot of carpet and since mine is still working after all these years I knew what a great product it was and how easy it is to use on stains in your carpets and it also works great for carpeting on your stairs besides the fact that the machine will last forever. I have all Bissell products for cleaning and vacuuming in my home and one is as good as the rest and they will stand behind their products and my favorite thing of all is how their products are geared towards pets and the machine gets the stains out every time Thanks Bissell!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on a larger area rug since we're in a smaller apartment i didn't want to buy a giant shampooer. It did an amazing job and didn't have any problems with it so far! #sweepstakes

Love this machine! I did have to go over the ottoman numerous times, but to be expected as it is about 15 years old. Thought I would replace the couch but this saved it!! Could not say anything other don't think twice, buy it! Currently on website searching for attachments because I want to clean, clean, clean with this little green machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for everything our dogs touch! It is the best cleaning product I have purchased through Bissel, and we buy all our products through them. Our couch smelled better instantly and the dog bed looks brand new. Our next project is our mattress and we know it will get the job done exactly how we would like it.
