[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cleaner to clean the upholstery in my vehicles. My truck is a 2001 and the upholstery and carpeted floor mats now looks new. The machine is easy to use and does a great job. The tanks are small so when you are undertaking a large job you will have to stop frequently to refill/dump the tanks. One tank goes a long way when you aren't trying to remove 20+ years of dirt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The little green carpet cleaner is easy to use on stairs and pet spots. It is lightweight and easy to carry. The leaking that people are talking about in other reviews is a small pinhole in the cap of the tank put there to keep the tank from collapsing in on itself during use. The small amount of fluid that displaces is easily vacuumed right up. Really no problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "#sweepstakes" I bought this Little Green portable carpet cleaner Because of its availability online finally I've originally wanted this one this kind and it wasn't available until like a week ago so I hurried up and bought it and I saved money plus for everything you buy from Bissell it goes to pets and I love animals plus their equipment is quality. And if the machine that you purchase from them malfunctions even after three years they will actually refund you your money back or give you an exchange, I've never known a company that is willing to do with and work with people like that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Design Flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who was the engineer who thought it was smart to design the brush head, for the Little Green Machine, to not come apart when gunk and debris get stuck and it is impossible to clean. I have tried everything? Also, the brush head doesn't slide on to the hose tightly anymore and I have had this item for a year and a half.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Of course with three cats, without fail, there was an accident on the couch. I bought this to remove the stain and smell and it was great. Set up was frustrating because directions were not clear, but Bissell provided support to walk me through and once I got it up and running, it has been a savior ever since. The week after getting this my partners dog had a terrible stomach bug and was puking bite 8 to 10 times a day. This thing got stains out of carpet, rugs, couches, chairs - I cannot believe it! Wish I got this sooner for a quick, easy clean up #sweepstakes
