[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cats that do what cats do, which is eat too fast and barf, or get hairballs and barf. I have done spot cleaning and while can remove most stains, it is a pain to do. And after awhile, looking at the carpet in the bedroom, time to tackle it decently. I heard that this was supposed to be good, and easy to use, and got it. Not sure if the water needs to be heated to 140 F, since it will quickly cool down, but I warmed the water. Using the Bissell Spot and Stain solution, I got ready. I moved everything I could out of the room, vacuumed, then mapped out my strategy, as there were many, many spots to treat. I could never have expected how quickly and well it worked. Almost effortless. And the stains were gone. And in an section where there was a larger area that had darkened, it got measurably improved. It wasn't a stain per se, just looked dirty for unknown reasons. I even did a microfiber chair with the Little Green. There is one thing I didn't expect. You have the tank filled with hot water, you screw on the black cap, and when you invert it, water squirts out the vent hole. Putting you finger over the hole stops it, but the water is hot that wants to come out.

Did not remove stain from cat vomit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in this machine. I purchased to clean up after my cat, who has a sensitive stomach. The machine did NOT remove the stain at all. I used two different Bissell cleaning solutions. I would not recommend this machine for cleaning up after sick cat.
