I have used Bissell products for years because they are sturdy, last almost forever and do a good job. I owned a small professional cleaning services company, specializing in high end homes and small businesses, and used Bissell product for it. The only thing not good about the Little Green is that the head gets full of debris and is not easy to clean - it gets clogged. It would not be hard to engineer the cover to snap off for cleaning.

It got out a few stains that were at least 1 year old and I really didn't think would come out but they did and the carpet looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a must for those with pets like mine that sometimes miss the litter box. It is always ready to go and does a good job. I'm on my third one. They have lasted for years but eventually sprayer ceases to work. I took apart an old one and it appears that the heater got clogged up. The new one doesn't have a heater, so there's a chance it will last longer. As it was, they lasted years.
