[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It somewhat does the job, but didn't quite get some stains out that I was hoping to clean on my mattress. It's also difficult to clean the hose head attachment. The attachment doesn't seem to have great suction for sucking the water back up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am stuck with a machine I can't return and it's terrible

I bought the Little Green machine a few months A few months back in anticipation of having new carpet installed in my bedroom and with two cats I knew I would need it. It sat In the box for a while so it was beyond the 30 day window of return. Finally, after the new year the carpet was installed and within a few days one of my cats vomited on it. It was just a tiny boo-boo, nothing major, and I immediately got out that Little Green machine and followed all the instructions, and it was just a tiny bit of vomit and didn't even penetrate down into the thick carpet, so basically a small surface stain. Unfortunately the machine was barely sucking at all And it did not remove the stain. All it did was get the carpet wet and not suck up the stain. I had to get a professional carpet cleaner out here. In reading reviews I see that the Pet model has better suction than the Little Green, So I bought one of those instead and now the brand new Little Green machine is sitting in my garage. The Pet modeldoes seem to suck a little better, but not as well as my old Bissell Pet Spot Bot that I had years ago that I used constantly. Why is it necessary for Bissell to make so many machines, the array is dazzling and confusing. Why not just make two or three machines that work really well like you did in the old days?

Disgusting machine after use

This thing gets instantly disgusting after use. It's impossible to clean, the dirty tank leaks all over the floor. I cannot believe this thing gets good reviews. I've tried so hard to take this apart and clean it well after each use, but even still, every time I run it, it shoots out air that stinks up the room with the scent of mold from the dirty water that's trapped inside. Complete waste of money.

Clean solution tank leaks badly

The part on the bottom of the clean solution tank leaks so bad I can't use that tank. I spray solution on the surface I want to clean and use the suction brush to clean the area. The suction power is amazing but it's such a leaky mess. I'm so sad that I gave one of these for a wedding gift and purchased one for myself. I hope they don't have the same issue that I have.

Underwhelming & leaky

Wanted something for our apartment that could be used for the sofa & rugs. The machine went together well, but the clean water tank leaks via a hole in the plug/valve, irrespective of tightening. This leaves a trail of slick, soapy water behind the machine - or under it as you use it. It's also very loud: much louder than my Dyson vacuum cleaner. It did an OK job cleaning but not convinced it's much better than some good stain removal spray and a gentle scrub. The sofa is still damp hours later, even when going gentle on the spray.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
