Nice evolution!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new tapes are great- 3M sent me a couple of different rolls to try out, and these new duct tapes seem to have a different, more useful construction: easier to tear yet tougher in use- I have strips of this tape holding outdoor sunroom panels in place until I can fully repair them, and there’s been no budging at all- I can easily see this tape being a go-to household multi-use- Keep it up 3M!!

I have used to repair a hole in screen patio door caused by dog scratching-worked great. Also using to reinforce box seams as I load them with clothing to donate-as heavy as they are-tape works great-super durable.

strong and easy to remove from the roll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 3M Multi Use Duct Tape in the color black compliments of 3M. I was very pleased how easy it was to remove from the roll and rip off into strips without the use of scissors. I like that it can be ripped in half making thinner strips to use with wiring. It's the only roll of Duct Tape I will use now for multiple products around the home.

Handy, but tear carefully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of this tape to test its quality and utility. Mine was a basic black duct tape, similar in appearance to theatrical gaffing tape. I used it to repair and cover the splintering wooden handle of a hand saw and it did the job!
The one issue I've had is when tearing off pieces of tape, rather than cutting, the tape tends to want to split, lengthwise, into half-width straps. This could be due to the temperature of the product, which is a bit more rigid in cooler air.

Great duct tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roll of duct tape is the high quality I expect from 3M. It's easy to use, it sticks well and I feel like it will hold up for a long time. It goes on smoothly, doesn't bunch or wrinkle up when using it. It's just all around good quality tape.
