[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a great job of protecting the surface you don’t want painted while also causing no damage! slight bleeding may occur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is perfect for doing accent walls. Even on textured surfaces. The trick is, apply a straight line where you want your edge and then put a line of paintable caulking over the edge where you want a sharp line. Apply paint over fresh caulking/tape and immediately after pull the 3m delicate surface tape off before the paint dries. Viola, beautiful sharp line without pulling the paint off the surface that was taped off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a roll of Scotch® Delicate Surface Painter’s Tape 2080 for free to try and evaluate. My husband is a handyman; I gave him the tape to use in his business. He was very impressed by it and said he will only buy Scotch painter's tape from now on.

RUINED WALLPAPER!

Used on a bedroom remodel. Was going to leave the existing wallpaper but as you can see from pictures, the tape that had been there less than 24 hours pealed off the wallpaper that was I under it. This is a costly repair as now the wall has to be refinished!! This tape does not do what it says it will, DO NOT USE IT ON WALLPAPER!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this tape for review and I have to say that it has helped with a couple of projects. The edge lock works wonders and you need not worry about the tape riuning your surface while breing removed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to paint a piece of furniture. For the most part it did work pretty well. Unfortunately I did find the paint did seep through just a little but I was able to clean it up. I would definitely recommend this product regardless. I recieved this product free in exchange for my honest opinion.
