Glad I made the switch from blue tape...

I just completed painting two bedrooms and a living room using frog tape for the first time. I had used typical blue painters tape for years and I am glad I made the switch. Frog tape helped protect all my molding and trim work and never bled through, which impressed me. I am actually confident enough in this product to try a striping pattern in a bathroom in the near future. Good Stuff!

this is by far better tape to use then others no bleed thru and easy to put on and easy to take off I got 4 more rooms to do and will be buying more

Allows paint to bleed

So much for your Paintbleed Technology! I now have to go spend more money to fix what your product was supposed to prevent. Nothing like having red paint bleed through your product onto a white wall. This has turned what should have been a simple project into a total nightmare! I run a business out of my home and this is completely unacceptable. After reading all of the comments and seeing so many customers having the same problem, what has your company decided should be the solution?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product was easy to use and did not have any problems with it pulling up previously painted surfaces. It is definitely worth it!

Frog Tape Multi Surface #1 hands down

I am a Handyman/Remodeling Person and I use Multi Surface Frog Tape for so many great things from using it to glue up something and the Frog Tape is only thing I could use in the spot. Frog Tape Multi Surface holds to and surface I have found. Frog Tape Multi Surface holds glass in spots, holds trim as you nail. If you surface is clean Frog Tape Multi Surface will hold anything in place. The Multi Surface Frog Tape is not only great for painting it works on staining. I have never had a bleed though in the Frog Tape Multi Surface. I now keep it in shop and Job Site. Frog Tape Multi Surface is #1.

Lifted Wall Paint - Substandard Product

I used Frogtape to protect my painted walls where they met the edge of my kitchen cabinets, which I am refinishing. I was trying to protect the paint from the stain. The Frogtape performed no better or worse than any blue tape for seeping but I was horrified to see the wall paint lift off when I removed the tape! It's been a few years since the walls were primed & painted, so I know there was no issue with proper curing. The area of lifted paint is not exposed to direct sunlight and the tape was in place no longer than 10 days. I've never had a tape perform so poorly. Please don't waste your money on this expensive, substandard tape unless your willing to repaint after using it.
