MY HUBBY SWEARS BY FROG TAPE, I KNOW I AM ALWAYS AT THE STORE BUYING IT FOR HIM, HE LOVES DETAILED PAINTING JOBS AND HAS ALOT OF PRESCISION, EDGES AND CAN'T PAINT W/OUT HIS FROGS!!~

Don't use on painted paneling

Just finished a VERY large room that was paneled on the bottom half, then a chair rail all around, then drywall. We wanted to paint the chair rail different from the walls and paneling. The paneling had been previously painted with latex paint. Ran Frogtape all along the paneling/chair rail edge. When picking up the Frogtape, it took all the paint that was on the paneling along with it. SO very upset that I didn't just use a big straight edge along the bottom of chair rail instead of taping! Now I have to purchase paint for the paneling and re-trim. THANKS
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impressive Results!

I just tried the FrogTape product for the first time on a large, detailed painting project and so was impressed with the results. I had always used another popular brand because I used to work for company. When I looking in the hardware store for a masking tape I saw the FrogTape and thought I would spend the small amount extra hoping if it was worth it. Well it was worth every penny more. For the small premium you pay you get it back in results. Super clean lines, no feathering and no peeling off of paint when you remove the tape. Very impressed with the product and would not use any other product on future projects.

Used it to do strips on wall.Worked very well .Husband Union Painter he was even amazed.

I work in a paint department and I teach classes in painting with different paint and I used to use the 3m blue tape and ill always have the problem of the paint bleeding tru it and I decide to use the frogtape and ever since than that what I use for all my clinics...great product it won't leave sticky residue! I love frogtape

I have been disappointed in the past with results from using the 'blue' tape, I decided to give this a whirl. The 'blue' tape crumples and I have to layer it on. The paint seeps underneath and I feel like crying .It was a wonderful decision to try this product. You have to read the instruction and follow their advice in other to accomplish your task. I repaint my niece room without difficulty.
