tape is great--just the wrong color for watercolorists---we need white

I paint in watercolor and acrylic and the color should be white to not interfear with the design of the painting. It makes perfect stripes.

Perfect for the imperfect

So glad to finally use a product that took the fear out of painting. Frog Tape worked perfectly and after trying a few other products I'm thrilled that I can now paint without the worry of an imperfect job.

Excellent paint-block product!

I repaint rooms periodically and Frog Tape has proven itself superior in paint-blocking. I recommend this product for most painting jobs, it was not effective in blocking paint run when I painted with semi-gloss enamel. However, it was highly effective for every other paint I used - including regular semi-gloss paint

Paint bleed

The tape did not prevent the paint from bleeding at all. We taped a stripe around an entire bedroom and ended up having to touch up the entire thing taking us twice as long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best tape I've ever used!

I've been painting rooms (not professionally) for 25 years. In that time, I've gone through a lot of tape and learned the hard way. There is no better tape than Frogtape in ease of application and removal, preventing edge leaks, and perfecting the straight line! Just last week, my daughter wanted to repaint her room with the help of her friends. I took a deep breath, taped off the room with Frogtape, and they got to work. The room is nothing short of gorgeous and I was able to fully trust Frogtape was going to protect the surfaces I needed protected. Thanks Frogtape! I'll never use another product.

Doesnt work

I used Frog Tape and had all kinds of bleed through on my bedroom ceiling. It wasn't any better than 3M painters tape. I'm sure it would work on smooth surfaces, but what tape wouldn't?! This doesn't work for textured walls like they advertise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps trim beautiful

Painting my 2 boys' bedrooms I needed to ptotect the oak trim around the windows. I used the multi-surface frog tape and I had no leakage. The trim is still prefect and I am a sloppy painter. If yor a good painter you should have awesome results!!
