Painting baseboards

This tape is great for taping the wall prior to painting baseboards, doesn't stick and doesn't pull paint off.

As far as painter's tape goes, this works great. Sticks fine, doesn't leave any residue afterwards. I find painter's tape in general a bit finnicky to use, but it certainly does the trick.

I use Frogtape for sewing projects. It adheres to fabric and allows for perfect "straight line" quilting.

My late husband used to do any painting needed..but since I am now alone, I thought I would try my hand at a small hallway project.
I painted my hallway and the frog tape worked perfectly..I had never painted before and the tape gave me confidence to just "do it"

I have always just used regular masking tape and gone back in with a steady hand to fix any flaws. While shopping I decided to go ahead and splurge to save the trouble of fine tuning. I painted the baseboards and door trim yesterday afternoon and went back in this morning to remove the tape, well it pulled up a lot of the paint from the baseboards and door trim and even a little off the walls, which cured for 7 days. I am very disappointed and will not be using this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
