I'm a muralist and have been painting for years. I've used many types of masking tapes from many brands and I've to say that Frog tape is the clear winner in its ease of use to its wonderful adhesion factor as well as its ability to be removed easily from the surface. Frog tape is a joy to use and it increases the fun factor exponentially because you don't have to worry about its liability. Frog tape delivers on its promises of paint blocking ability and ease of removal. It's very reliable and that is a huge plus in starting any creative painting endeavor. I highly recommend Frog tape to anyone who wants no hassle and worry free experience in painting.

Having been unsatisfied with the current painters tape on the market I have always opted not to use any. With the daunting task of having to paint 4 rooms in my house in a short time, I decided to give FrogTape a try. I painted the walls and then waited overnight. I then tapped off around trim and applied two coats of paint. Before the second coat dried, I removed the tape and found a crisp line with little to no bleed through. I am a perfectionist and am thoroughly pleased with the results I got using FrogTape. I got great results and saved hours of time by using this product.

Best Painting Tape EVER!

I will never use any other product ever! As a creative painter (think CHEVRONS & Union Jack Flags) it is so important to be able to get crisp fresh lines every time. Creative painting of furniture is my business, I just don't have time for smudgy unclear lines. Frog Tape is the best on the market, so simple to use and quality of product is a cut above the rest giving me the results I want!

Used this tape for painting pink and white stripes and they turned out amazing. I did use it on some artwork and some of the paint leaked through which wasn't so cool, but it's okay. I would recommend this tape to anyone. It's easy to stick on surfaces and you rip it easily and straight with your hands.

This tape is just as HORRIBLE as every other painters tape on the market. it tore my dry paint and still let paint leak under onto the moldings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I started a major painting project on my house, painted three of 8 rooms so far. I have a big old Pennsylvania farmhouse and every room has extensive trimwork, so it's a big job. The first room I used Frogtape on the trim and the results were beautiful. For the second room, I used the blue tape because it was less expensive. There are reasons it's less expensive, folks! The blue tape leaked everywhere, even tho I followed instructions, along with using the spoon smashing of the edge method recommended by the salesman. (Why I continued to think this was a good idea, I don't know.) I had to spend an extraordinary amount of time on touch ups. Savings? Hardly.
Yesterday, when I went back for more paint and tape, FROGTAPE was my only choice and will continue to be. I even told my story to someone standing next to me, who chose your tape over the other! A huge difference in the quality and ease of use, along with beautifully clean, sharp results. Unparalleled performance! Thanks!
