Pulls varnish off floors and paint off walls

Pulled varnish off Floors and paint off walls tape wasn’t even on 6 hours absolutely atrocious and appalling !! Sed suitable for all surface on packet !!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

tape disaster

I taped out seven windows and four doorways to finish painting with semi-gloss. When I finished the first one I peeled the tape off carefully but it tore off the paint and paper face of the drywall underneath. So I removed the other taped areas to find the same damage.I will lose a days work and pay because of your badly advertised product. I would sue you but it would take too long.

Pulled paint off when removed

I used this tape on steps. I painted first the back of steps. Waited a few days taped off prior to staking. Once stringing was done removed tale and pulled off chunks of paint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there - we are sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, it sounds like the paint did not get a chance to fully cure before applying the tape. It can take up to 30 days for the paint to fully cure.

Better than other tape, but still pulls paint off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish this review allowed me to post pictures as I have them so you can see that the paint helps create nice lines but you will still have paint pull of your walls when you take off the frog tape. However, took off less paint from the wall then the average "blue" painters tape. Just don't expect this product to solve your detailed painting dilemma, since it still results in some areas of ripped of paint that needs touch-up for no conceivable reason. Some areas pulled off well for long stretches and then wham messed up/torn off paint. As someone in the construction field for decades, instructions were followed to a "T" so this is not a result of user error.

Best paint tape

Bought this a few months back, while doing living room project in my house. Better then my best expectations, did not remove paint or wood, stuck where needed. Best tape on carpet. Would recommend this project

I've put my faith in frog tape because of all its claims. I've used it several times for latex and oil based. This stuff won't stay in place and won't seal. So frustrating!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect tape for covering dark colors, you can prime, 2nd prime coat, paint, 2nd paint coat and still remove easily without use any tools. Always have on my tool bucket.
