Terrible Product

I bought Frog Tape to use in a new home. Baby girl was born 1 day after closing on the home. We took the time to use the laser level to make the stripes in the bedroom. Painted three different colors and it was awful. The paint ran thru the tape leaving runs in the whole room. This required us to clean up the stripes by hand. I would NOT recommend wasting your money on this product. Buy the blue painters tape.

more work then its worth

used the frog tape on my clean walls. Taped the base boards and around the edges. Used basic paint on my walls when I pulled the frog tape off it pulled off my paint with it. Spent more time fixing the problems then I did putting on the frog tape. Will not use this again

this tape is terrible.

They must have changed the formula for this tape because the last three rolls I've purchased won't even stick to the wall or trim. It falls right off. I never had this problem with Frog Tape in the past. It used to be a great product. Not any more. I won't be purchasing it again.

Complete waste

This product DOES NOT work with spray paint, and will bleed like a stuck pig.

What a mess!

Put tape up to make 2 rectangles on my teen's bedroom for a cool design, and although there were clean lines when we took the paint off it also took off the original paint on the walls when we peeled it off, as well as some drywall. Her room was painted in February with expensive well-known paint, by professional painters. This is a disaster! We were trying to save money by doing this ourselves, but now it will cost more money to fix the issues caused from the Frog Tape!!!

tape would not stick to project.

After making game boards, I primed and applied two coats of latex. I waited three days for the paint to cure and then tried to use tape to outline edges in college colors. Paint would not adhere to the sides and on top would continuosly curl up. It was a rainy day with humidity near 100%, but I was in an enclosed garage with the temperature near 55 deg. F. I tried wiping the boards down with a dry towel but still no luck. Finally switched to blue painters tape and was able to get the job done. I was really hopeful that the Frogtape would make things easier but was sadly disappointed.

I will never go blue again

This product is fabulous, applied it around a bedroom door and after painting the wall I removed the Frog....No leaks, lines were straight. I may have to do my own painting now and say good bye to the contractor.
