Great Tape!

I was so excited to see this tape review on Pinterest. I knew immediately I had to try this out for myself. My father in law picked up a roll for me last night. I wish I had read before I opened the tape. The tape kept falling off the surface of the walls. My father in law bought medium adhesive instead of the tape for a textured service. Once we bought the correct tape, everything was perfect. Definitely better than the average blue tape. I am excited to try out the shape tape soon too! Thanks for delivering a product that actually works!

I LOVE how fast I was able to get my room painted! Was simply a mark to keep tape even ,...put it up, paint, remove tape. AWESOME. Virtually no "bleeding" marks.
I do find it quite expensive, but, the time it saved me was worth it.
I only wish it came in thinner options for my smaller projects.

bleeds right through, terrible

just painted my bathroom ceiling tonight and used this tape...I was hoping to actually straighten out the old lines of paint and really taped perfectly well for this job. but when I finished and pulled the tape the white paint bled through onto the red walls in so many places it was heart breaking,. will never buy again...and why does it say at the end of this review that this will not appear on their site ? only positive reviews make it I guess
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good tapme poor dispenser

This tape works well as intended, but the packaging is poor. There is no edge to use for tearing off a piece and no other means secure the cut end except by returning it to the roll of tape where it can be lost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth every penny, and then some!

I'm meticulous when it comes to painting. Previously I was frustrated at the results when I hand-cut in a vertical line where we changed from one paint tone to another. Last night I applied green Frogtape vertically while my wife held a straightedge so I could lay down the tape next to it. I then used a credit card to press down the edge along the entire 8' vertical length of Frogtape.
Quick and easy, I then painted the new wall color, gave it about 30 minutes before easily removing the Frogtape. Wow, stunning, what a difference! The line is sharp, crisp with no bleeding under the tape. I've read a couple reviews where the people weren't happy and I'm puzzled what they were doing or wanted. I also used green Frogtape to mask off the vertical casing edges before painting the wall right up to the casing. Same fantastic results. Time savings were substantial, results were professional. Will be using Frogtape on all future painting projects. Neighbour now asking me to paint their interior. Guess what my first purchase will be? Couldn't be happier with Frogtape.

I just love this tape just got done useing it all of it and now i miss useing it i would use it again for my next painting project and other stuff. Went on great and came off easy. after i was done painting.

I just love this product...it is so easy to use and peels off just as easily. My kids and I make it fun to use just because of the name. We talk like frogs when taping off projects....

Finally!!! I love painting

I have always been good at painting as a homeowner but I would always dread getting started and using the "other" painting tapes. No matter how focused I was on getting good adhesion to baseboards and cured paint surfaces....I would always get paint bleed and it would tick me off as I spent quite a bit of time trying to do things right.
Today I decided to buy Frogtape for the first time for the first paint job in our new house. I taped the baseboard tops and some walls that were painted by the builder about a year ago.
When the painting was done I got ready for the moment of truth.....pulling off the tape and looking for paint bleed.
FINALLY!!!! no paint bleed! I am not only a big fan now of Frogtape but it is actually inspiring me to do more painting because I can feel confident that I will get the results that I spend so much time preparing for with taping. I won't tell my wife though :). Cheers to Frogtape.
