good for a little while

pliers showing sign of corrosion and locking mechanism is wearing out prematurely which is really a shame i loved the when i first got them because of the light weight but at this juncture I regret the purchase of all three from this series

Broken spring

I bought my pair of cutters a year or so ago after my old pair finally became badly worn. Incidentally, that pair had blue handles. My replacement worked very well for a few months, and then the spring in the handles broke. It appears the spring was damaged during assembly. I would like to know if these have a warrantee. They are not at all comfortable to use without this spring.

I got these and only used them twice and they broke right at the fulcrum point. just cutting 10 gauge wire. and they don't want to honor the warrantee that they brag about so much.

Although 10AWG wire is on the large side of the tool’s recommended capacity it should have never broken. I very much would like to address this with you and regain your loyalty to our brand of tools.
