Easy set up. Thoughtful packaging. Simple instructions. Clean look. Ya, what else would I expect? Not much. It's everything that it claimed. Thank you for another great HP experience!
Upon purchasing, I explained to the sales rep that I needed a computer with processing power that can handle audio, recording and music production. She recommended the gaming pc I currently have and it is not capable of processing and multitasking audio. The computer she recommended is good for gaming and not audio production.
Good basic desktop PC, no frills, but very adequate

Good value PC, nothing fancy but has everything you need for day to day use, adequate memory, good AMD CPU, large SSD capacity. Over the last few years, HP has cheapened the basic keyboard and mouse that come with the desktop, but they work. Also, I/O has been reduced to eliminate onboard SD slot, as well as a DVD drive...but more and more units are moving to USB C connected devices, so I guess the user has to get in the habit of providing. For years, HP had great SD etc. capability built in, but this is a no frills desktop that works great, but you won't be upgrading for gaming, but for what is need for email, internet, SSD storage and basic home computing it is a good value unit.
I've had this desktop computer for a bit over a month -- and I'm thrilled with how it has been working. I was able to easily transfer my files from my older desktop (over 10 years old!) -- and now have been enjoying the speed of this new computer (and Windows 11).
I bought this computer mainly to upgrade to Windows 11 as my other HP computer was not able to upgrade. I am very happy to have bought this one, so far I am truly enjoying it and the price was reasonable. I have bought HP's computers and printers in the past and have had a nice experience with them all.
