The bluetooth performance is sketchy and I have so much interference. Also volume seems very limited I would really like to return them Is that possible

3rd Headset in 3 Years

I use the Defy Slims every day. I’m an independent contractor so I’m experiencing loud noises at least once a day. I wore my first set of ear pro out after about 18 months. The Bluetooth would not connect. I reached out to support and received another pair free of charge! Then after another 18 months or so the wiring started to go bad on the free set. I just bought another pair and I’m looking forward to wearing them this summer as work will start picking up again.

Not rechargeable!!

It fits way too tight, but worst of all is that it uses standard batteries. I would never have bought it if I had realized I would need to feed it batteries.

Bought 2 pairs. One works perfectly, but the other has trouble connecting to Bluetooth. When it does work, it only lasts for an hour or so.

Time will tell

Fit is good especially with the gel pads. Sound and noise reduction are also good. Wish the batteries were self contained and rechargeable. I think I’ll be using a lot of batteries and the battery cover doesn’t seem robust enough to hold up to regular use. I’ll probably have hearing protection on 20-30 hrs a week in the summertime so I’ll know if they are good in a month or two.

After a month of use nearly every day, I don’t notice any fatigue that came with wearing the full size Sports for 5+ hours at a time.

I was a little surprised at the mic sensitivity at first but soon got used to hearing the sawdust crumble under my feet. Great fit and comfortable enough to forget you have them on...
