I would say this is a great product but while I was installing them & attempting to make a turn, they ripped. The rip was small but enough to stop the whole strip from working. I proceeded to cut at the designated cut lines & use a connector to connect the strip back together without succeeding. No matter what I try ( I’ve check the connector is installed properly) I cannot make them work.

These are very nice light which I use in the inside of my Toy Hauler garage. Very pleased. I hope Govee comes out with a 12volt led light system. I believe they would take off in the RV Market

Replaced my lame monster smart ones with these govee lights. 100% recommend. Easy to install and set up. Way brighter too. Definitely picks up sound really well.

No Google Home

not google home compatible. Only controllable via govee app. I really liked the bulbs but had to be returned. Product should be replaced and discontinued. Once compatible with google home can create custom linked smartthings commmands.

Flickering

There is flickering in the lights when they are above 1% and below ≈ 85%. I'm not sure if it's consistent across this model or if mine is defective. The 100% brightness is not as bright as I thought it would be. I've used wire strips with less functionality and half the price, but they were brighter.
With that being said, I thoroughly enjoy the software side of things on the app. But T o me, this product doesn't live up to the Govee hype.
