Ordered it took a month to get it for my wife she used it 2 or 3 times and it would not power on and would not charge no lights it looks great like a nice laptop it in the shop right now maybe they can fix it and it will be alright like it should nice birthday gift lol

Froze completely during update, had to take it to computer shop, they erased the drive and reinstalled windows, luckily I had OneDrive and files were saved in the cloud

I love this computer. The reviews aren’t wrong about the charger difference but it really doesn’t matter c charge works perfectly fine. I thought the reviews were saying it was like completely the wrong charger but it’s not. They just were expecting the old hp charger but this computer comes with c for charging. Besides that it’s a great laptop.
