Gentle and effective for sensitive gums

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is great for sensitive gums! It leaves my teeth & mouth feeling fresh & clean every time I use it. I’ve always been very cavity prone and after having a baby, I developed really sensitive gums. My old electric toothbrush did a good job cleaning, but even on the lowest setting, the vibration was way too harsh.
What I like about this toothbrush is that the vibration is much gentler but still gets the job done. Plus, the brush head it comes with has soft, flexible bristles which is amazing for anyone with gum sensitivity. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a more gentle brushing experience.
I received this product for free to try through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My only complaint is that the charger is only a usb cord without the charging block. I wish it came with the charging block included but it’s not a dealbreaker. Highly recommend this toothbrush for anyone looking for a more gentle brushing experience.

Feel the Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this toothbrush to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I have to say I'm a convert! First, I like the look, overall design, and feel of it in my hand. Your toothbrush sits out 24/7 and I didn't realize quite how much I'd appreciate a good looking toothbrush on my counter. Second, I was surprised by how much I liked the slim profile brush head. I thought it might feel too small but it was perfect for maneuvering in my mouth. The angled brush felt like a great fit for getting around the corners and getting all my teeth clean. Third, I love the sonic brushing. It leaves your teeth feeling and looking cleaner than any other type of brushing. So much better than manual brushing or a spin brush. My favorite part is that it runs for 2 minutes with gentle beeps when it's' time to switch the brush position. It makes it simple to do an A+ job cleaning your teeth. The brush comes with an app, but I didn't care for it. you have to keep your phone near the brush in order for the bluetooth connection to work. I tend to leave my phone out of my room at night so it didn't capture all of my brushes throughout the testing period.
With or without the app, I loved how this makes my teeth feel and am excited to see if my dentist notices the difference in my teeth!

Good clean if not a little bulky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this toothbrush as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel at no cost. Overall the toothbrush provides a good clean finish and runs relatively quietly. It's simple to charge and use in any of it's three modes.
That said, there were a couple things that stand out for improvement. First off is the size, there are other toothbrushes on the market that don't have so much weight to them and while this toothbrush offers 3 modes (clean, whiten, and sensitive) which understandably adds to the bulk, I don't feel like those features offer enough of a tradeoff, especially when you consider that one slip of your thumb when brushing can easily change the mode mid-brush. I'd also think the onboard bluetooth also contributes to the size, and in a world where everything is connected I get the impulse but again, all I really want is the indicator every 30 seconds.
All that said, I have a use case for this toothbrush now that I have vetted it. I plan to give it to my kiddo who is working on a goal of better toothbrushing in Occupational Therapy as the guidance from the app will support that goal.
So, is it the toothbrush for me? No. Is there an absolutely valid use case for the toothbrush, Yes!

So fresh and so clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sonicare 6400 Rechargeable Toothbrush leaves me feeling like I just got a professsional cleaning at the dentist! It not only looks great, but it is comfortable in my hand, gentle on my sensitive gums and super easy to use. It gives that fresh-from-the-dentist feeling every time I use it, something I’ve never felt with a manual toothbrush. My teeth look shiny and clean and I feel great after using it.
The charge lasts a long time too! It also looks good sitting in my counter since it has a streamlined and elegant design. I love the travel case it came with for when I’m on the go! It also has an app that you can pair it to track cleanings, get feedback on how you’re brushing and gives tips and tricks.
My favorite things about this toothbrush are that it is intuitive to use and my teeth look and feel super clean. LOVE IT!

Philips rechargeable toothbrush surprisingly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the older Philips rechargeable toothbrush so I was able to compare directly the pros and cons of this new 6400 rechargeable one. First off, I love how lightweight it is. I have rheumatoid arthritis and sometime the heavier one makes it cumbersome to brush teeth. Second, I love how it oscillates around my teeth instead of just vibrating. It makes it feel like it’s actually cleaning more surface area of my teeth. Third, I love that it has actual buttons to push to turn on and off instead of an indent. And fourth, the light at the bottom which indicates that I’m pushing too hard is a nice plus! The one thing I wish it had was a little more grip since I have really dry hands, sometimes the toothbrush slips out of my hands. But, this is a minor detail that doesn’t interfere with my toothbrushing. I have received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Fantastic Electric Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sonicare 6400 electric toothbrush makes getting a better clean for your teeth easy and enjoyable! Out of the box, setup was simple and intuitive, and the settings on the toothbrush unit itself are very easy to adjust. I was a bit unsure of using the app at first, but after a quick download and sync of the unit, it was super interesting to see how my average brush times stack up and a great visual reminder to complete a good brushing session. The feature of the app that I appreciate the most is that if you forget to turn it on for a particular brushing, your results will upload the next time you launch the app and brush your teeth. I had been a manual brusher for years, but I truly believe that this is a better clean and my mouth feels noticeably better after brushing than using a manual toothbrush. It did take me a little while to get used to the higher vibration settings, and also remembering to turn the brush off before removing it to spit/rinse... otherwise it does fling toothpaste everywhere! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this updated model to me to try out, I love the lighter weight and feel compared to prior Sonicare models that I have used in the past. I wish that the charger dock was hard wired with a plug, but do appreciate the usb end for cutting down on extra weight when traveling if I take the charger. I also love that the newer travel case has room for an extra brush head. Overall I have loved the Sonicare6400 and how easy/fun it makes brushing to get a really great clean for your teeth.

Incredible Rechargeable Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Philips Sonicare 6400 as part of the Stellar Product Panel and I’m really impressed. The toothbrush itself feels high-quality and does an excellent job cleaning, but what really stood out to me was how easy it was to connect it to the Sonicare app.
All I had to do was download the app, turn on Bluetooth, and it synced instantly. No confusing setup, no extra steps, within a minute I was ready to go. The app adds a lot of value by helping track brushing habits and giving tips in real-time. I appreciate that I didn’t need to spend time figuring it out; it just worked right away.
Another thing I really like are the three brushing modes: Clean, Sensitive, and White. The Clean mode is great for everyday use, Sensitive is super gentle when my gums are feeling tender, and the White mode gives me that extra polish when I want my teeth to feel extra fresh. Pairing these with the three intensity levels gives me a lot of flexibility to choose what’s best each time I brush.
On top of that, the toothbrush has a pressure sensor that lights up if I brush too hard, which is great for protecting my gums.
My only minor complaint is that the connection between the handle and the charger feels a bit loose. It charges fine, but I would have preferred a more snug fit to feel more secure when placing it on the base.
Overall, I’d still highly recommend this toothbrush to anyone looking for a powerful clean with smart features, especially if you want an app connection that’s effortless to set up.

Nice improvements for Sonicare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a sleek and lightweight brush that gets the job done. The travel case was redesigned with no wasted space. The case is small, compact, and lightweight and will hold the brush handle and two heads. The separate USB charger base is a bit disappointing since that always seems to get left behind when traveling. The wall adapter is not included. I much prefer a Sonicare with the charger case when I am traveling. This model is capable of connecting with Bluetooth to the Philips Sonicare app, but is not required. The BrushSync technology allows the brush head to communicate with the handle. This is a great feature if you want to track your progress and keep track of your habits. The coolest feature of the 6400 is the pressure sensor LED light ring at the base of the brush that will light up if you are applying to much pressure. The intensity indicator and mode can be adjusted to your liking and can be monitored using the pressure sensor. As with other Sonicare products, this handle has the battery indicator and brush head replacement reminder. Another nice feature is the battery indicator has three warning lights to give you a better idea as to how much battery power you really have left. Sonicare is a solid brand and your teeth will look and feel fresh and clean and can reach areas more thoroughly than a manual toothbrush. I received the Philips Sonicare 6400 as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
