You can easily turn the active noise canceling on or off by touching and holding the touch area. If you want to converse with someone nearby, switch to Ambient Sound mode, allowing you to hear them without needing to remove your earbuds. Regarding the buzzing noise you mentioned while using the ambient sound mode, this can sometimes occur when the microphone is in contact with your ear. To minimize this feedback, please ensure the microphone isn’t touching your ear while wearing the earbuds. This small adjustment can make a difference in the clarity of the ambient sound feature.
