Best Buds Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality, noise canceling, and amazingly long range Bluetooth capability of these buds are the best I've ever experienced! Definitely a quality product and it enhances my experience with my galaxy S24! I just recently learned how to use my buds to speak into the galaxy AI feature on my Samsung and have an informative interactive experience where ever I am.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that the pro has the rubber tips to make the sound exceptionally better, but I personally dont like that rubber peice in my ear. These work impressively well without them. Would keep getting my earphone products from Samsung. 10/10!

Great buds for an amazing price .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy my new buds3 i just recently got them as a gift from my husband. I like the feature where I can speak volume up, volume down, stop music, play music, pick up call , hang up call it's amazing I live in the city so the bus or trains get very packed and I dont have to worry about having my cell in my hands with that buds. They are loud! I had to adjust my music in the settings and now they are good my ears dont hurt I listen to heavy metal so yea that can also be the issue. They have so many cute buds case holders. The buds will let you know if there's liquid in the case or on the buds it self and it will warn you, that is great as well. It's been a month since I got these buds and I'm still learning.

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these because I needed to update my original buds since they weren't working too well. Personally I prefer my old buds.
1. They don't fit well
2. The sound is not clear for me or the person I'm on the phone with
3. They die quickly
I basically now just have to have these as a last resort to my original buds

First, regarding the fit, please check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you'll see an "L" and an "R." Make sure to insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. To ensure a snug fit, you can angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the earbuds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels just right. For sound clarity, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you haven't already, please check out the link at the end of this response for troubleshooting tips that can improve your audio quality. Additionally, there are ways to help extend your battery life. For instance, keep the earbuds in their charging case with the cover closed when not in use. You can also adjust the notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone or through the Galaxy Buds app if you're using iOS.
