To ensure you have the best experience with both sound and comfort, we understand that it’s important to achieve the right fit. Please remember to check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you’ll find an L for the left earbud and an R for the right. When inserting the earbuds, place the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. It can also be helpful to angle the microphone slightly so that it points towards your mouth instead of straight down. Be sure to adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels just right for you. If you’re looking to enhance your audio experience further, we encourage you to explore the EQ settings on your wearable. Customizing the EQ can really tailor the sound to your preferences, allowing you to enjoy your music in a whole new way. Thank you again for your insights! Sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound of bud is to high pitch and squeak at times. The buds wont charge at times even if the case is fully charge. And I wish its has better commands then just change volume. Sometimes I need to skip my music or end a call. The bud are horrible for calls, because I still need my phone to act as my microphone. So bad I end up having to ditch my ear buds.

My only complaint is that they hurt my ears after a bit.
