Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Crystal! We truly want you to have the best comfort and experience with your earbuds. We understand that the new open-type design may take a little time to get used to since they don't include earbud tips like traditional canal-type buds. To help you get started with your Buds3, simply place them in your ears. Look for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds—there's an 'L' for the left bud and an 'R' for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the 'L' facing you. Try angling the bud slightly so the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth instead of straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forwards and backwards until it feels right for you. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. We want you to have the best experience possible while enjoying the exceptional sound quality they offer, and we understand that a secure fit is essential for that. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds and do not have ear tips, all you need to do is place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks indicating left (L) and right (R). Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointed towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the earbuds by rotating them forwards and backwards until you find a comfortable fit. We hope these tips improve your experience with the Galaxy Buds3! Thank you for your candid feedback on the Buds3, Matt! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. It’s great to see that you find the Galaxy Buds3 to be impressive overall. However, we completely understand that an optimal fit is crucial for a satisfying experience. Since the Buds3 are designed to accommodate all shapes and sizes of ears, we encourage you to check the directional markings on the bottom of the earbuds—look for the 'L' and 'R.' Make sure to insert the 'R' bud in your right ear and the 'L' bud in your left ear, both facing you. Angling the microphone towards your mouth can also help enhance sound quality and comfort. If the fit doesn’t feel quite right, we recommend adjusting them by rotating slightly until you find the perfect position. We're committed to ensuring you have the best experience possible, so if you have any further concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thank you for your feedback! It’s great to see that you appreciate the sound quality of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We understand that a secure fit is essential for the best experience. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, they don’t have tips. To get the perfect fit, you can start by checking the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. You can adjust the angle slightly to point the microphone towards your mouth, and rotating it until it feels just right can help improve comfort. If you have any further concerns or questions, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
I really like these earbuds overall. The pinch and volume controls take a little getting used to after using AirPods for a few years, but they work well once you adjust. The sound is decently loud, and the battery life on both the buds and the case is excellent—it lasts a long time.
That said, the fit is my biggest issue. The earbuds are a bit bulky and constantly fall out of my ears, which makes it uncomfortable to wear them for extended periods. I even end up wearing them upside down in the opposite ear just to get a more secure fit.
Overall, they have great sound and battery life, but the fit holds them back from being perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!
