Honestly they made my ears hurt so much I couldn't wear any other headphones or earbuds for a few days

Hi Arti, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with your Galaxy Buds3. Wearing your earbuds properly is crucial for several reasons. It enhances sound quality, ensures a comfortable fit, and keeps them securely in place. Improper wearing can lead to discomfort, sound leaks, and increased chances of falling out. Nobody wants to lose an earbud, especially during activities like jogging, so make sure they're fitted correctly. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds without ear tips, simply place them in your ears to get started. Look at the bottom of each earbud for directional marks; you'll see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the blade so the microphone points toward your mouth, not straight down. Adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forward or backward until comfortable. For more details, see the article linked below on how to wear your Galaxy Buds3 properly. Even though my right ear bud keeps falling out, I love how I can keep my hands free while getting my contact calls done. (I'm allergic to silicone so I can't use the PRO earbuds instead.)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit of the new Galaxy buds is okay. The design feels like a let down. I wish the base model had ambient sound. The Galaxy AI features feel like filler. I have never used them. But I do like them being there for the people that use it.

Hi there Sheeps, Thank you for sharing how your Galaxy Buds3 are working. While they come with features like Galaxy AI, it's also important to find a proper fit. Wearing your earbuds correctly is crucial for better sound quality, comfort, and secure fit. Improper wearing can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and increase the risk of falling out. Especially during activities like jogging, ensure they fit well to avoid losing an earbud. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type and lack ear tips, simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom for L and R marks, with R in your right ear and L in your left. Angle the microphone side slightly toward your mouth, and adjust the position by rotating until comfortable. Refer to the guide for more tips on achieving the best fit. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to have you as part of the Samsung family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device is really good, but after comparing with my old ones doesn't stay fit in my ear, usually fall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These seem to be a better fit for me. I've had trouble finding a good size, apparently I have smaller ear canals. 😉
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The answer is yes! The charge of these pairs are very good especiallyfor those long work shifts, very discreet too. How are the noise canceling? The noise canceling is just right! Not like the over the ear headphones but it the best for wireless Bluetooth earbuds you can get! The sound quality is right on point for music plus also mobile gaming as well. Would I recommend this to other people? Yeah indeed I would recommend giving the earbuds a try. I'm happy with my galaxy buds3 purchase I always carry it with me everyday nearly every where.
Noise cancelation was good at the beginning but 2 months after the problems began, sound cancelation got weaker, individual headphones did not charge unless the case had power at the start and then evolved into, headphone case having zero power even though it was charged to 100%.
