As much as I want to wear it, it doesn't fit my ears and is always falling off.

It's great to hear from you, Nikon. We really appreciate you sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. The Buds3 offer audio tailored specifically to fit your needs. You can enjoy exceptional audio quality, regardless of how the Buds sit in your ears. The Adaptive Equalizer with Galaxy AI adjusts your sound based on how you wear your Buds, allowing you to experience immersive audio while you're on the go. Additionally, the Galaxy Buds3 feature a brand-new design and a comfortable fit, ensuring that your ears remain comfortable throughout the day, no matter what activities you engage in. We hate to see that your buds keep falling out. As the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds and not canal-type, they don't have earbud tips. To use them, check the bottom for directional marks; you'll see an "L" for left and an "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. Adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until you achieve a comfortable fit. We appreciate your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. Your feedback is essential as we continue to make improvements and changes. We aim to provide our customers with the best experience with our products and with the Buds3 we understand that fit is an important aspect of that. The Galaxy Buds3 features a completely new design tailored for comfort. This design ensures that your ears remain comfortable throughout your day, no matter what it brings. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks indicating "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Then, angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust the buds by rotating them until you find a comfortable fit. The left earbud stopped working after 2 hours of use. It's ringing in the ear. I changed the difference between the sides to the maximum so that it was at least somehow comfortable to listen to.

Hey Ivan. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Ultra with us. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to make changes and improvements. The Galaxy Buds3 seamlessly connects with almost any Android smartphone. Be sure to download the Galaxy Wearable app to access advanced sound settings, no matter where your music takes you. We hate to hear that one of the buds may not be performing as expected. Check your sound settings in the Galaxy Wearable app; if there is a balanced setting, adjust it to achieve an even sound between the earbuds. It’s also important to keep your earbuds and ear tips clean, as debris can affect sound quality. If you notice an imbalance, try recoupling the earbuds by placing them in the charging case for at least seven seconds and then removing them. Additionally, check the battery status in the Galaxy Wearable app or the charging case. Restart your phone and the earbuds, and ensure that your firmware is up to date. If this persists after trying these steps, please reach out for service at 1-800-SAMSUNG. For any further concerns or questions, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thanks for reaching out to us, Cubiche. We see that you reached out to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. The Galaxy Buds3 features a completely new design that ensures a comfortable fit, making them suitable for any occasion throughout the day. With intuitive touch controls, you can easily customize the functions of your Galaxy Buds. Program the controls to pause, skip tracks, accept calls, and more, all at your fingertips. We understand that a good fit is crucial for enjoying your earbuds. It’s important to note that these are open-type buds, meaning they don’t have ear tips like canal-type buds. To get started, simply place them in your ears, checking the bottom of each bud for directional marks—look for an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear similarly. Angle the buds slightly so that the microphones on the bottom are pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down, and feel free to adjust them by rotating them forward and backward until they feel comfortable. Easily disconnects from your phone. Sometime it does not recognized that its in your ear and you have to manual connect it or take it out and place it back in your ear.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3, Gomes. We always appreciate your thoughts and hope to hear more from you in the future. The Buds3 delivers amazing audio quality, regardless of how they fit in your ears. The Adaptive Equalizer, powered by Galaxy AI, customizes your sound based on how you wear your Buds, allowing you to enjoy an immersive audio experience while on the go. We noted your concerns about the buds not staying connected and also not recognizing that you took them out. We recommend checking for any available updates for your earbuds. To manually check for software updates, insert the earbuds into the charging case with the lid open. Then, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet, tap on "Earbud settings," and select "Earbuds software update," followed by "Download and install." The update process will begin if an update is available. Additionally, ensure that you are using the earbuds within 30 feet of your phone, as the Bluetooth range can vary depending on the environment and your phone model. Avoid obstructions that can block the Bluetooth signal, such as walls, routers, electrical equipment, or sources of electromagnetic interference. It’s also important to check the battery status of the earbuds; a low battery may cause them to disconnect from your phone. You can monitor the battery level in the Galaxy Wearable app or by placing the earbuds back in the charging case, where the indicator light will show the battery status.
