We hate to see that they don’t fit as snugly as you expected. Just to clarify, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds, meaning they do not have earbud tips. To use them, simply place them in your ears by checking the bottom for directional marks—look for an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Make sure to angle the microphone on the bottom towards your mouth for optimal use, and you can adjust the fit by rotating the buds until they are comfortable. We did see that you may be experiencing some challenges with one of your buds being low on sound. One of the steps you can take to ensure that both buds have the same volume is to ensure both buds have the same volume by adjusting the volume settings on your phone using the Volume Up key, as the phone and earbuds have separate volume controls. You can also control the volume directly on the earbuds by setting up touchpad commands. Make sure to check the media volume limiter settings and the battery status in the Galaxy Wearable app as a low battery may affect performance. Additionally, make sure to check the battery life by placing the earbuds in the charging case, which may have an indicator light located on the front or rear. Low battery life on one buds could make the sound lower. As far as the touch responsiveness, try restarting your earbuds or performing a complete reset if needed. Lastly, don’t forget to check for software updates through the Galaxy Wearable app or by connecting to a PC. The Buds3 offers intuitive controls for enhanced convenience, allowing you to program them to perform various actions like pausing music, skipping tracks, and accepting calls. Simply swipe up or down on the blade to adjust the volume. Additionally, the Pinch Control feature enables you to play or pause audio with a pinch, and holding it allows you to change noise cancellation settings or launch apps. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds without ear tips, so you can simply place them in your ears to get started. Check the bottom of each earbud for directional indicators: an "L" for the left ear and an "R" for the right ear. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Adjust the angle slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down, and rotate the buds forward and backward until they fit comfortably.
