We understand that comfort is just as important as sound quality. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds and do not have traditional earbud tips. To get started, simply place the earbuds in your ears, checking the bottom for directional markings - "L" for the left bud and "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Make sure to angle them slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth, not straight down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the buds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Your comfort is crucial to us, and we continually strive to improve our products. It's important to note that the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, meaning they do not have ear tips like canal-type models. Not for average to small ears...

Fitment is soooo bad! Worst headphone I have ever used unfortunately. I cannot wear these for more than 2 minutes before my ear starts to ache. If you don't have large ears DO NOT buy these, they also were really hard to get to stay in the ear without falling out. Sounds are okay, more basy than anything.
