loved the buds 2 so much more. 3 things that i really didnt like about these, they fall out of your ears, they don't come in purple, and i think they're trying too hard to look like airpods. why do they need to have that stick coming off of them? its just a worse design than before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3, Cami! We’re glad to see you loved the Buds 2 and appreciate your feedback on the new design. We understand that having a secure fit is important for an enjoyable listening experience. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, which means they do not have tips like canal-type earbuds. To get started, simply check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings; you will see an "L" for the left ear and an "R" for the right ear. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same with the left bud (L) for your left ear. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating the buds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Regarding color options, while the Buds3 may not be available in purple, we constantly look for ways to expand our color range to cater to our users' preferences. We appreciate your input on this! As for the design, the Buds3 features a unique stem design that enhances active noise cancellation and overall sound quality, providing you with an immersive audio experience. This design choice was made to ensure that our products deliver exceptional performance. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Brandon. We understand that finding the right fit can be challenging for some, especially with open-type earbuds like these. Since the Galaxy Buds3 don’t come with ear tips, it's important to ensure they are positioned correctly in your ears. Be sure to check for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds—'L' for left and 'R' for right. When you insert them, angle the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth for optimal sound. You can also adjust the position by rotating them slightly forward or backward until they feel comfortable and secure. With a bit of adjustment, we’re confident you’ll be able to enjoy the incredible sound quality and features of the Galaxy Buds3. Thank you again for your feedback. I usually buy Samsung earbuds. These were not worth the hype compared to other models. I prefer the fit of the Buds+ and the sound quality of the Galaxy Buds 2. The Bud 2 the caller could not hear my background noise, these you can. If I'm talking for a long period of time people say that I sound like I'm under water. I do like that you can push the buds back in your ear without adjusting or cutting a call. I also like that they conceal easy, but because they are super lightweight they can fall out the ear without you knowing it.

Hi GMG917. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3! We appreciate your feedback and value your experience. Regarding your concern about the sound quality during calls, the Galaxy Buds3 features advanced noise-cancellation technology that helps filter out background noise, ensuring your voice is heard clearly. If you find that background noise is still coming through, we'll want to ensure you have the latest software updates. You can check this in the Galaxy Wearable app by navigating to “About earbuds” and selecting “Update earbuds software.” We understand that comfort and fit are essential when it comes to earbuds, especially with the open-type design of the Buds3. This design makes them lightweight and helps maintain a comfortable fit over long periods of use. If you're having trouble with them feeling secure, try adjusting how they're seated in your ears. Sometimes, repositioning them can enhance both comfort and performance. Regarding your concern about the sound during long conversations, it’s always good to ensure that the earbuds are fully charged and that only a Bluetooth device is connected while on a call. This can help maintain the best performance. If you need any more assistance with features like ambient sound or call quality, the Galaxy Wearable app can provide detailed guidance on optimizing your experience. Lastly, if you're concerned about them feeling loose, consider checkin' out the “Find My Earbuds” feature in the app. It helps you locate them easily and ensures that you're not missing out on your music or important calls. We hope this information helps enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. I wanted to love these, because I LOVE my galaxy live buds, but they're discontinued, and it's so hard to find earbuds that don't have the uncomfortable rubber piece that goes into your ear, but these are weirdly massive! They don't fit in my ears at all and immediately fall out. They kind of fit upside down, but I'm so disappointed. Bring the live buds back, those were the most comfortable earbuds ever.

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. We always love getting insights from our customers. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the fit. We designed the Galaxy Buds3 with a brand-new open-type style that prioritizes comfort, so they do not feature traditional earbud tips. This allows for a more relaxed fit in your ears, making them ideal for extended use throughout the day. To ensure the best experience, make sure to check the directional indicators on the earbuds. The “R” should be placed in your right ear and the “L” in your left, both facing towards you. You can also adjust the angle of the buds slightly, so the microphone points towards your mouth, which can enhance your call quality. To find the fit that feels right for you, don’t hesitate to rotate them slightly forwards or backwards. Love the earbuds. Everything about them is great. The only thing is the shape of the play/pause. It is difficult to press due to it being a triangle. Other than that there is no issues. Highly recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. It's great to see that you love your buds! We aim to provide our customers with the best devices in the market. We noted your comment about the triangular shape of the play/pause button, which can be difficult for some to get used to. To adjust the volume, simply swipe up or down on the Blade. Additionally, you can use pinch control to play or pause music or hold it to change noise cancellation settings and launch apps. To learn more about the new pinch controls, check out the link attached. Once again, we appreciate your feedback as we continue to make improvements. You can't clean them so they're useless a month in

They start off amazing but there is a terrible design error... there is NO WAY TO CLEAN THEM. Unlike other buds that have a shield or removable catch for earwax, the ear wax just travels into the very fine holes that eventually clog and a qtip does nothing but push it further in as well as any other cloth so they become basically useless once there is enough wax (a very small amout BTW. Like microscopic and I've had them a month and a half and can hardly hear out of my left side due to blockage that isn't clean-able. Saddest purchase ever. Don't buy!

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Tae. We noted your concerns regarding trying to keep your buds clean. To maintain optimal performance, we recommend using a cotton swab and a dry brush to gently remove debris and foreign materials from the earbuds and wingtips. Wiping the mesh part of each earbud receiver with a soft, dry cloth can eliminate dust, earwax, or oil buildup. It's important to avoid harsh tools like metal or wire brushes, as they may damage the earbuds. Additionally, ensuring the charging contacts and sensors on both earbuds, as well as the contacts inside the charging case, are clean can enhance their functionality. Regularly wiping the earbud blades with a dry, soft cloth can also help prevent any interference with touch commands. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3! Hearing aids are uncomfortable to wear and are not kept in the ear for extended periods. After a while, they become impossible to use.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Brenda! We always appreciate feedback from our valued customers. It is important to wear your earbuds correctly for several reasons. You will enjoy better sound quality, have a more comfortable fit, and reduce the likelihood of them falling out. Wearing them improperly can lead to discomfort, sound leaks, and an increased chance of them falling out. The open-type design of the Buds3 offers a unique listening experience, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings while enjoying your favorite music and videos. For the best fit, simply look for the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. Make sure to place the R bud in your right ear and the L bud in your left ear, positioning the R facing you in your right ear. After inserting them, try adjusting the angle slightly—the microphone should point toward your mouth for optimal sound quality. Rotating the buds forward or backward can also help achieve a comfortable fit. We hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3! Overall good headphones. Great sound quality, extremely easy to set up (it basically does it for you), and long battery life. My only issue is that it always falls out of my ear with any little movement. To be fair, i have a hard time finding headphones that arent overhead to fit and stay in my ears. I need the flat earbuds and i dont think those are made in that shape anymore.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Terri! We're glad to hear you appreciate their great sound quality, easy setup, and long battery life! The Galaxy Buds3 provides up to 24 hours of playtime per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. Regarding the fit, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential to your overall experience. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, which means they do not have earbud tips. To help ensure a more secure fit, we recommend checking the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—look for the "L" and "R." When you insert them, make sure the "R" bud is in your right ear with the "R" facing you and the "L" bud is in your left ear with the "L" facing you. You can also slightly rotate the buds to find the angle that feels most comfortable for you, positioning the microphone towards your mouth for optimal clarity. Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope these tips help you enjoy your Galaxy Buds3 Pro even more!
