Fitment is very uncomfortable! Great sound. Battery lasts longer than expected.

Hi Sam! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. It's great to see that you are enjoying the great sound and battery power these buds offer. We understand that getting the right fit can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially since these buds are designed as open-type rather than canal-type. We recommend checking the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—they're labeled L for the left and R for the right. When inserting them, angle the blade slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth. This can really enhance your experience. Adjusting the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards can also help you find that perfect fit. We want you to enjoy the rich sound quality and features that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers, so please feel free to experiment a little to achieve that comfortable fit. Your comfort matters to us, and we’re here to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is great but the don’t stay in the ear long. I have to fix the buds all the time and it’s annoying.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Sherocruz. We understand that you've experienced some difficulty in getting the buds to fit comfortably in your ears, and we’re here to help! The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they don’t have ear tips like traditional canal-type earbuds. To get the best fit, we recommend starting by placing the buds in your ears according to the directional marks—you’ll find an "R" for the right bud and an "L" for the left. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. It can also help to angle the microphone on the bottom of the bud towards your mouth rather than letting it hang straight down. Adjusting the fit by rotating the buds forwards or backwards can make a significant difference until they feel just right. If these tips don’t lead to a comfortable fit, please let us know at Samsung Support. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want to make sure you enjoy your Galaxy Buds3 to the fullest! -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds3 offer an impressive audio experience with clear highs, deep bass, and excellent noise cancellation. The design is sleek and comfortable, making them great for long listening sessions. Battery life is solid, and the touch controls are responsive and customizable.
However, the fit might not be ideal for everyone, especially during intense workouts. While the connectivity is mostly seamless, occasional Bluetooth hiccups can occur. The companion app provides useful features, but more EQ customization options would be a welcome addition.
Overall, these earbuds deliver premium performance, making them a great choice for everyday use.
