Great sound and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound of these are amazing. I feel like I am in the music when I'm listening to it. One feature that I love is the noise cancelation. There are times at work where I need to focus and I'm able to put that on so that I can just hear the music and my work. Answering phone calls is simple and so is hanging up.

Cool but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features but the device doesn't fit in my ears. I've inverted them to fit and it works so much better. With left in right and right in left I actually get that comfort and seal needed to utilize the sound at its best sound quality.

The sound of these buds are great. If these are the only Bluetooth devices attached to your phone, you may be happy. However, for me, the one thing that I could not get around was the fact that no matter what I did, the case would not stay closed. This had the effect of taking my calls away from my primary work Bluetooth mid-sentence during important conversations. I even purchased top of the line cases to keep them closed to no avail. It is a shame because they are otherwise outstandingly good headsets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend that you check and ensure the hinge does not have any debris or obstruction that can take away from the magnetism. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
