The Galaxy Buds3 features an open-type design rather than traditional ear tips, it might take a little adjustment to get the perfect fit. We recommend checking for the directional marks at the bottom of each earbud. Make sure to insert the right bud (the one marked with “R”) into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same with the left one (marked with “L”) for your left ear. Getting the angle right can really make a difference, too! Position the microphone towards your mouth rather than straight down.
