I like the new Galaxy Buds3. The sound is good. The design is good. I like that they don't have the rubber piece on the end. I'm switching over from the Galaxy Live buds which I loved. I have small ears and these sit in the cradle of my ear well. Admittedly they are more comfortable with a silicone ear cover, but you can't leave the ear cover on and put them back in the charging case or they won't charge. There can't be any obstruction between the earbud and the case. I don't really like that, I 'm also not a fan of the fact that they look more like air pods. I liked it better when the galaxy products were more distinctive. Taking the ear cover off every time I need to charge them. Overall, the earbuds last a long while after being charged. I don't have any issue with the battery life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is amazing. They connect not only to your phone but seamlessly connect to other samsung devices such as my samsug TV. The real time speech/ language translation is also amazing when trying to communicate to someone speaking another language
Very odd shape, uncomfortable. Won't stay in my ears at all. And yes I rotated them like everyone says to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Ryan. We understand that comfort and fit are crucial for an enjoyable listening experience. The Galaxy Buds3 feature a completely new design that ensures a comfortable fit, allowing you to wear them all day long without discomfort. Since you've already tried repositioning the earbuds and the Buds3 don't have ear hooks or wingtips, we recommend ensuring that the earbuds are properly positioned in your ears. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. If you continue to experience discomfort, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. We're here to help ensure you have the best experience with your Galaxy Buds3. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 for a couple of weeks now, and I’m honestly really impressed. The design is sleek and fits comfortably in my ears, even during longer listening sessions. Sound quality is fantastic—nice, clear highs, solid mids, and a good punch of bass. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) works well to block out most background noise, which is a huge plus when I’m on public transport or working. When I need to hear the outside world, the ambient mode does the job perfectly.
Battery life is decent too—I get about 6 hours of continuous listening, and the charging case gives me more than enough power for a full day. I love that it supports wireless charging, so I don’t have to mess with cables. Pairing is quick and easy, and I’ve had no issues with connectivity, whether I’m using them with my Android phone or laptop. Overall, for the price, these are a great deal and have definitely become my go-to earbuds.
The sound not clear And sometimes there is a very annoying sound echo, maybe there is a problem

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Hani. We're glad you took the time to provide your feedback as it helps us understand how to enhance your listening experience. If you’re noticing low volume or poor sound quality on one or both buds, there could be a few factors at play. Sometimes it’s just a matter of ensuring that the earbuds are worn correctly. They should fit snugly in your ears for optimal sound performance. It’s also worth checking for any dust or debris that may have accumulated in the speaker mesh, as this can affect audio quality. Additionally, keeping your Galaxy Buds updated is key. Outdated software might lead to performance changes, so make sure to check for the latest updates through the Galaxy Wearable app. Battery levels can also influence sound quality, so if you notice a drop in volume, try charging them fully to see if that makes a difference. They keep falling right off when trying to use pinch or volume controls. Sound is good but they do not have a good seal due to the one size. I got these with the s25 but would rather use my pro earbuds instead.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Sal! We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear about your experience with these innovative buds. As you stated, the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds which means they prioritize comfort and ease of use without the need for earbud tips. To get started, make sure to check the bottom of each earbud for the directional marks specifically the L and R. Placing the R bud in your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud in your left ear with the L facing you is key to achieving the best fit. For optimal sound quality, be sure to angle the microphone on the bottom slightly towards your mouth rather than straight down. This positioning can enhance your call and voice assistant experiences. If you're finding the fit isn’t just right, feel free to rotate them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable for you. We truly hope these tips help you enjoy your Galaxy Buds3 to the fullest.
