Thank you for sharing your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Manny. We understand that having them fall out while walking can be frustrating. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than traditional canal types, which provides a more comfortable and natural listening experience without the need for earbud tips. To achieve the best fit, we recommend placing them correctly in your ears. Start by checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks, looking for the L and R symbols. The R bud should be inserted into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. It’s helpful to angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust them by rotating them forwards and backwards until you find the perfect fit. Many users appreciate this distinct design, and finding that comfortable position can sometimes take a little time. If you experiment with the angle and position, we hope you’ll find them more secure for your active lifestyle. These are very good headphones, they are comfortable for me, they have extraordinary quality, and I am absolutely satisfied with any Samsung product because everything in my family is Samsung.
One bud died from sweat, warranty refuses to cover "liquid damage". Sweat is the only water they've ever been around. Complete fail for athletic earbuds.

Hey Sigma. Thank you for sharing your personal experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We understand that having a reliable pair of earbuds is crucial, especially for active users. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed with an IP57 rating, meaning they are water and sweat resistant, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. To ensure the best performance and longevity of your earbuds, Samsung recommends wiping them down with a soft, dry cloth after use, especially if they’ve been exposed to sweat. It's also important to ensure that the charging case is kept dry, as moisture can impact the overall performance. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If you have any questions or need any further assistance with this, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Rob. It's always great to hear from our valued customers and get insights from you. Regarding the fit, we understand that finding the right size is essential for comfort and sound quality. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place the buds in your ears and check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks—they will indicate "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the right (R) bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left (L) bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels comfortable. We hope that these tips help enhance your experience with the Buds3. Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Galaxy Buds3, Luis. The Galaxy Buds3 features Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to enhance your listening experience by filtering out unwanted background noise. To get the most out of the noise cancellation feature, ensure that the earbuds are properly fitted in your ears, as a secure fit can significantly impact the effectiveness of ANC. The design of this product causes them to easily fall out of my ears. I have tried all the tips and tricks Samsung has listed for this product with no success. They fall out when I tilt my head forward no matter how they have been positioned in my ears.

The Galaxy Buds3 features an open-type design instead of traditional canal-type earphones, which means they do not have earbud tips. I was looking for a lightweight smaller headpiece for my phone. These earbuds sound great, but more importantly, my voice sounds clear to the people that I call on it even when I'm driving on the freeway
