Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Ebbie! We’re excited to hear about your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. We understand that having a great fit is crucial to having the best experience with your buds. The Galaxy Buds3 are crafted as open-type earbuds, which means they don’t come with traditional ear tips. This design allows for a more comfortable fit and a natural listening experience. When you first use them, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom for the directional markers—look for the L and R. Make sure to insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Adjusting the angle slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth will ensure you're getting the best sound quality. You can also easily find the perfect fit by rotating the buds forward and backward. We hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 and help you enjoy all their features to the fullest! Sometimes earbuds wont charge, this happens most the time right out of the box

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Irving! We appreciate your feedback as we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. The Galaxy Buds3 offers up to 24 hours of playback time on a single charge and can be extended to a total of 30 hours when using a fully charged case. To ensure that your Galaxy Buds charge effectively, please make sure you’re using the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter or a compatible wireless charging pad. Proper alignment is key, so position the case correctly on the charging pad and, if you use a cover for the case, consider removing it during charging to avoid any interference. It’s also important to check that the earbuds are seated properly in the case, connecting with the charging contacts. Sometimes, debris on these contacts can affect charging, so giving them a quick clean can make a difference. Also, pay attention to the indicator light. If you notice a red light or it’s not functioning, try disconnecting and reconnecting your charger, and allow it to charge for at least 10 minutes. It’s a good way to refresh the connection. Lastly, carefully inspect the case, earbuds, and charger for any signs of damage. Samsung products are covered against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship by a limited 12-month warranty. Additionally, we offer Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. You can enroll eligible mobile devices on Samsung.com at the time of purchase, or within 60 days of purchase at samsungcareplus.com. If everything looks good and you continue to face difficulties, we recommend reaching out to us at Samsung Support, where our team can assist you further. We’re committed to ensuring you have a wonderful experience with your Galaxy Buds! -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
I've enjoyed the past Galaxy Buds, but these just don't really fit, and the software has been pretty buggy—sometimes requiring me to restart my phone for them to be used as the audio device, even though they are connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. We appreciate your loyalty to our brand and your kind words about the previous Galaxy Buds models. We understand how frustrating it can be when the fit isn't quite right and the software isn't performing as expected. Let's work on getting those Buds3 to function as smoothly as possible for you. To prepare for a better connection, avoid charging the earbuds using a computer to prevent slow charging. It's also a good idea to keep the earbuds and connected device away from Wi-Fi routers or microwaves to reduce interference. For fixing connection issues, try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the charging case, closing the lid, and waiting for about 7 seconds before reconnecting. Additionally, charge the earbuds for at least 30 minutes using a Samsung-approved charger and ensure the charging contacts are clean. To help with the fit, the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. For further guidance, use the Galaxy Wearable app or Galaxy Buds app for updates and troubleshooting. If you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at Samsung Support for further assistance. We hope these steps will help improve your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

With all the Samsung ear buds I had , this is the best in terms of musicality. Best at night before I go to sleep with my classical waltz to fell relaxed. I felt its far more better music clarity,if I bought the buds3 pro...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound is very clear. I have sensitive ears. These hurt a bit due to not having the silicone covers. They also do not stay in my ears very well.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Anthony! It's great to see from fellow users who are diving into the experience. As you noted, the Galaxy Buds3 are indeed designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, which allows for a more natural listening experience without the earbud tips. Getting started with the Buds3 is simple and intuitive. Just remember to check the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. The "R" should face you when inserting the right bud, and the same goes for the "L" on the left. It’s all about getting that perfect angle! Positioning the microphone towards your mouth can greatly enhance call quality. If you're looking to find the ideal fit, feel free to play around with the orientation until it feels just right. Many users find that slight adjustments can really improve comfort and sound quality.
