Hey Ivan! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3! It’s great to get your feedback. The Buds3 were specifically crafted as open-type buds instead of traditional canal types, which truly enhances your freedom and comfort. By design, they don’t come with earbud tips, allowing for a more natural listening experience. To get the best audio tailored just for you, you’ll love the Adaptive Equalizer feature with Galaxy AI. It adjusts the sound based on how you wear the Buds, ensuring you can enjoy amazing audio quality no matter how they fit in your ears. Whether you’re on-the-go or relaxing at home, immersive sound is always within reach! Setting them up is super easy: simply place the buds in your ears, verify the directional marks on the bottom of each earbud—an ‘L’ for left and an ‘R’ for right. Make sure the 'R' faces you in your right ear and the 'L' does the same in your left. A little tip: angling the microphone towards your mouth will enhance clarity when you're on calls. Feel free to rotate the buds slightly forward or backward until you find a fit that feels just right for you. We hope you enjoy every moment with your Galaxy Buds3! They are impossible to keep in my ear. For such an expensive and flagship product, I expected peak performance to show me what I've been missing out on with cheap buds. Not much, apparently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Kevin! We're glad you’re exploring what these open-type buds have to offer. These buds are designed differently compared to traditional canal-type earbuds, which is all about providing a more natural listening experience. Getting them in correctly is essential for that perfect fit. Remember to look for the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—seeing “L” and “R” helps ensure you have them in the right ears. When we insert the right bud, just make sure the "R" is facing you and the same for the "L" in your left ear. A little tip from us: angling the blade so that the microphone points towards your mouth can enhance speaking clarity during calls. It’s all about personalizing the fit, so feel free to rotate them slightly until they feel just right. If you have any more thoughts or experiences with the Buds3, please do not hesitate to share them with us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
I would rather have the pros due to these not having the rubber tips, so the buds fit more snug in my ears.

Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, B Wimbish! We’re thrilled to hear from you and get your insights. The Galaxy Buds3 are crafted as open-type earbuds to ensure a comfortable and breathable fit. To get the best sound quality and comfort, make sure you’re inserting them correctly. The directional marks—'L' for left and 'R' for right—are essential for proper placement, so be sure the letters are facing you. Once you have them in your ears, angling the earbuds slightly will help ensure the microphone points toward your mouth, enhancing the clarity during calls. If they don’t feel just right, you can adjust the position by gently rotating them forwards or backwards until you find your sweet spot. We hope these tips make your listening experience even better! It's great to hear from you, Anthony. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. We understand how important a secure fit is, and we're here to help. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To ensure they stay in place, start by checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. We hope these tips help enhance your experience with the Buds3.
