[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the active noise canceling and the way they fit in my ears. The best part of the headphones have to be the wireless charging. Pairing it with my S24 Ultra I can charge my phone and then place my headphone case on the back and they are both charged when I wake up.
I some days wish I would have gone with the pros :/ I purchased some silicon covers to help keep them in my ears but they can't stay on the ear buds while they are in the case so that's slightly frustrating! They are great in every other way just wish my ears were the right size and same sizes.
Little too big for my ears. Fall out a lot. However, when they stay on, it has great sound.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Kassie. We understand how important a comfortable and secure fit is to your overall experience, especially for enjoying the great sound quality they offer. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. Good earbuds but wish it had better support for staying in the ears. They keep coming out so I will have to buy a cover which has to be removed before putting to charge; which is annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's great to hear from you, Jessica. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3! We appreciate your thoughts, and we’d love to help you get the best fit possible. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, which means they don’t have earbud tips. To ensure a secure fit, we recommend starting by placing them in your ears and checking the bottom of each bud for directional marks—you’ll see an L for the left and an R for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. For optimal positioning, angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until you find the fit that feels just right for you. By following these steps, we are confident you’ll enjoy the incredible sound quality and comfort the Galaxy Buds3 have to offer!
