We see that you reached out because one of your buds sound volume is lower than the other and we're here to help. First, make sure your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. You can do this by going to Settings, selecting Software Update, tapping Download and Install, and following the on-screen instructions. It's also important to note that an imbalance in sound volume can occur if the earbuds are not worn properly. For optimal sound quality and performance, ensure that the Galaxy Buds Pro are placed correctly in your ears, as improper placement can affect their functionality and sound quality. If the volume levels remain uneven despite wearing them properly, you can adjust the left/right sound balance in the Galaxy Wearable app. Just open the app, tap on Advanced, go to the Hearing Enhancements menu, and set the balance to the center.
